We send all our parcels by a tracked delivery service. Delivery is £3.50 plus VAT on all parcels within the UK (This does not apply to our signature bundles which are heavier parcels. Our signature bundles will be delivered by the same tracked service at the cost of £3.90 plus VAT). Products will be delivered typically within 3-5 working days from order. However, we rely on a 3rd party to deliver our goods. We therefore cannot guarantee the timeframes. Please note we aim to dispatch the products within 24 hours where possible.
Unfortunately, we do not currently accept returns. However, if there are any issues with the products we will do our best to rectify the issue. Please note this is done at our absolute discretion.
